THE BUILD

The KCC fixed price contract covers the full scope of your kitchen renovation, end to end — with no hidden costs! From initial removal and disposal, through to electrical, plumbing and joinery works. The contract can also include finishing trades such as plastering, cornice, and tiling. The KCC contract covers all this and we back it up with a warranty!

CRACKED OR DETERIORATED BRICKWORK?

Mortar repointing, also known as brick pointing or mortar pointing is the process of grinding out old joints and filling the decayed joints and gaps in between the bricks in a wall and injecting new mortar into these joints using specialized mortar tools leaving you with safer, stronger mortar. This operation is one that demands a high level of skill from a specially trained tradesman. Poor quality mortar pointing can cause further damage to your wall and may also look like a very obvious repair, which can decrease the value of your property.

Underpinning is a process used to strengthen the foundation of a pre-existing building or structure. It will ensure that your foundations are on solid ground.

RESTUMPING

KCC Owner Shannon has extensive knowledge on restoring heritage homes, saving numerous of houses from being demolished that were on the verge of being condemned. Levelling houses is a niche service you and should not be trusted with any old handyman. Piers are structural load bearing supports that hold your home up! PIER/STUMP MATERIALS

Replacing old jarrah, brick, concrete, sandstone and steel piers by propping the affected area, removing the old pier and digging a pier pad footing in accordance with the BCOA. We install steel adjustable piers or brick piers. Jarrah stumps are outdated, they are prone to rot and termites we reccomend replacing jarrah stumps with level master adjustable steel piers or brick piers.
